Deposit

Created

The initial status when a deposit is first made.

Completed

The deposit enters this status after the first funding. It signifies the successful receipt of the initial amount.

Prolonged

After achieving the Completed status, the deposit moves to Prolonged, indicating it is awaiting further funding within the next 24 hours.

If additional funding is received within the 24-hour window during the Prolonged status, the deposit changes to Paid.

Expired

A deposit in the Completed status transitions to Expired if there are no activities for 5 days

Aex-Expired

This aex expired status is an intermediate status, it appears if your service has not sent us a 200 status in response. As soon as the 200 status is received in response, the status will become Expired

Use Case

Situation

A user has an existing deposit, already paid.

The deposit's wallet address is USDT(TRC20)

Deposit Status Flow:

  • After initial funding, the deposit status changes to "completed".

  • It then shifts to "prolonged", waiting for more funds within 24 hours.

  • If additional funds are received, the status changes to "paid".

  • Without further funds in 24 hours, it reverts to "completed"

  • After 5 days of inactivity, completed status changes to "expired".

Withdrawals

Created

This status is assigned when a withdrawal request is initially made. It indicates that the request is in the system but has not been processed yet.

Completed

Once the withdrawal has been successfully processed and the funds have been transferred to the designated account or wallet, the status changes to Complete. This indicates the completion of the transaction.
